Preferred Partner tier may run two 14-day promotional windows per year at MSRP − 15%. Promotions filed with us 14 days in advance.
Distribution Partner tier negotiates its own MAP policy as part of the territory agreement.
Off-domain promotional activity (paid social, search, retargeting) is unrestricted at all tiers, provided the landing page price stays above the MAP floor.
Auction-format listings on eBay / Mercari are exempt, we recognise these as inventory clearance, not pricing strategy.
