Twenty thousand
square metres.
Six chapters, twelve stations, three hundred and fifty hands. The same line that builds for Walmart, Costco, and three global hotel groups — open for inspection, with the coffee on.
Chapter 01
Arrival.
The factory sits in Houjie, southern Dongguan — five hours by car from Hong Kong, three from Shenzhen. Building 1 is the production line. Building 2 holds the engineering studio, materials library, and the small showroom where buyers see finished units under proper light.
Visitor tours run on request; the address sits at the bottom of every email we send. Coffee is real, the line is open, and anything you see on the floor that we haven't covered here is fair game to ask about.

Chapter 02
The studio.
Twelve engineers, two CAD stations, three rapid-prototyping benches. Every new silhouette is drawn here before the laser cuts it. Every OEM brief that lands at the front desk passes through this room before a sample ships.
The studio is also where we lay out the tooling drawings, pressure-test the heating-element specifications, and review the test reports that ship with every container. Visitors are welcome — bring the brief.
Chapter 03
The line.
Twelve stations.
From raw 304 stainless coil to sealed carton on the loading dock. Every unit clears every station. Every station is signed.

Chapter 04
Materials.
304-grade stainless from two mills we have worked with since 2014. Mineral-insulated heating elements from a single Italian supplier since 2016. Brass coating run through a partner plating bath in Foshan, audited annually.
The materials library on the second floor holds samples of every finish in the current catalogue plus the eighteen custom finishes we have produced for OEM partners over the last five years.

Chapter 05
Packaging.
The packaging bench is the last station before the pre-shipment QC sample pull. Wall brackets, hardware bag, manual in the destination language, cable, and the bracket template — all dropped into the carton by hand, weighed against the spec, and sealed.
Branded packaging for OEM partners is laid out on a separate bench in the same room. Pantone-matched, dieline from our partner's art department, printed locally in Houjie.
Chapter 06
The dock.
Loading runs from Yantian (most North American shipments) and Shekou (most European). Containers leave Houjie at four-day intervals during peak season, weekly otherwise. Bills of lading land in the buyer's inbox the same day the container clears the dock.

Come and see it
in person.
Five hours from Hong Kong, three from Shenzhen. We arrange the transfer from your hotel; the tour itself takes about three hours including a lunch on us.
